The widest cargo carrier with a ramp we offer is the 32x48 Reese Steel Solo Cargo Carrier and Folding Ramp for 2" Hitches - 400 lbs, part # PS10401-10402. I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Arched Loading Ramp # 288-07432-2 set have a maximum safe height of 35", so they would not work for your 37" tall truck bed.
You may want to try the Erickson Arched, Aluminum Loading Ramp Set # EM07486. These do not have a specific loading height and these will work as long as the angle of incline less than 30 degrees.

I did some research and your truck may weigh anywhere from just under 5,600 lbs to 6,182 lbs. You will be cutting it close with the Aluminum Car Hauler Ramp Set - 72" x 14-1/2" - 6,000 lbs - Qty 2, part # 288-07503. If your 2002 F-250 Super Duty comes in less than 6,000 lbs, you should have no problems with this ramp. If it weighs more than 6,000 lbs I cannot recommend it, no matter how little you plan on using it for this truck.

The spacing between the rungs on the Arched Loading Ramp Set # 288-07452-2 is 3" as you can see in the attached photo. This shouldn't be an issue except for pretty small tires. You can check this spacing against your tires to make sure it isn't too much that your tires get stuck.

According to Redline, the # HP344G hinges don't carry a weight rating, but if Installed correctly, I can't see the hinges being the weak link. The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer, # Y08106, weighs 150 pounds. With 2 people lifting, that is 80 pounds each. Two people could handle it, but it would be much easier to use some ramps like # 11200, if you wanted to put it in a truck bed.

I did some online research on your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. From the tongue weight capacity I was able to find, your truck should have no problem with the MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier # MT70106 and your sons power wheel chair.
